LIMITED LABORATORY WARRANTY — LIFETIME OR 10-YEAR COVERAGE BY RESTORATION TYPE

We take responsibility for the laboratory work we deliver.

ZiNGO’s standard lab policy includes a 30-Day No-Hassle Remake Policy for eligible lab-related issues and Limited Laboratory Warranty coverage according to restoration type, including Lifetime Limited Warranty for eligible monolithic full-contour zirconia restorations and 10-Year Limited Warranty for eligible esthetic, layered, glass-ceramic restorations, and selected components.

 

Our goal is to support the doctor, protect the patient experience, and provide a smooth, confident seating process for your team.

 

30-Day No-Hassle Remake Policy

ZiNGO provides one complimentary remake per affected unit or eligible restoration within 30 days of delivery for eligible lab-related issues, subject to case review and ZiNGO’s warranty terms.

 

Every remake request is handled quickly, professionally, and without unnecessary debate. Additional remakes are reviewed case by case.

 

What Helps Us Remake Accurately

To help ensure an accurate remake, ZiNGO may request:

•  a brief clinical note;

•  photos;

•  updated STL files or other compatible digital files;

•  updated digital bite information;

•  shade clarification;

•  implant or component information;

•  return of the original restoration when possible.

 

Limited Laboratory Warranty

ZiNGO provides Limited Laboratory Warranty coverage on eligible final fixed restorations against verified manufacturing defects and material failure under normal clinical use.

Coverage depends on the restoration type:

•  Lifetime Limited Warranty may apply to eligible monolithic full-contour zirconia restorations.

•  10-Year Limited Warranty may apply to eligible esthetic, layered, glass-ceramic restorations, and selected components.

Warranty coverage is limited to remake, repair, replacement, or credit up to the original lab fee paid for the affected unit, at ZiNGO’s discretion.

 

Digital Workflow Only

ZiNGO accepts digital case submissions only. STL is the preferred production format. PLY, OBJ, and other compatible digital formats may be accepted when compatible and approved by the lab.

Physical impressions, stone models, physical bite registrations, or mailed physical case materials are not accepted as a standard workflow.

All remake and warranty requests must be submitted through the treating dental office and are subject to ZiNGO’s Lab Terms & Payment Policy.
