Standard production time is up to 3 business days in the lab, plus delivery/shipping time. Rush service may be available upon request—please contact us to confirm feasibility and timing.
You can submit directly from your scanner platform (TRIOS, iTero, CEREC/Primescan, Medit, etc.). If you need an alternative way to send STL files, please call our lab and we’ll guide you.
Upper STL, Lower STL, and Bite. For esthetic cases, shade information and photos in natural light are highly recommended.
We are a fully digital lab. We work with STL files only and do not accept physical impressions.
We follow the prescription. For best results, provide shade (VITA), photos in natural light, and any notes about characterization.
Yes. We offer a 30-day No-Hassle Remake Policy. If a restoration doesn’t meet clinical expectations, we will remake it promptly. One complimentary remake per unit; photos/notes are appreciated.
Most cases seat with minimal refinement. If something isn’t right, our remake policy is designed to keep your workflow smooth.
Yes. We support local delivery in Chicagoland and shipping options when needed.
